The issue which has not been answered by this ruling is that if you by way of handicap eg being blind or by age cannot personally transport goods you are being discriminated against. Which is against the EU right of free trade. Such individuals could buy on the internet an allow a 3rd person deliver for them but this ruling does not allow this.
