More on Microsoft hearing in CFI: Case T-201/04

The week long hearing in Case T-201/04 drew to a close on Friday.
It seems that neither side is prepared to predict the outcome or declare a victory. Anyway, if you want to see what the arguments were about in some detail, you can consult the reports for the hearing that have been distributed to the press. Those are reports drafted by the reporting judge and contain an accurate and dissinterested summary of the written submissions of the parties and intervenors up to the point of the hearing. The first report is the main one and deals with the written submissions of Microsoft and the Commission, together with the sumissions of the intervenors in support of one of the parties (Download report_for_hearing_1.RTF). The second, supplementary report (Download report_for_hearing_2.RTF) concerns the written submissions of the intervenors that go beyond and differ from the submissions of the parties covered in the main report for the hearing.
