First of all, President Skouris has been re-elected President of the Court of Justice until October 6th 2012. He has been President since October 7th 2003. To find out a little more about him, see here.

At the Court of Justice:
The following have been reappointed as judges until October 6th 2015:

Ms Rosario Silva de Lapuerta,
Mr Endre Juhász,

The following have been reappointed Advocate general until October 6th 2015
Ms Eleanor Sharpston,
Mrs Juliane Kokott

The following have been appointed judges for the first time:
Mr Marek Safjan (replacing Mr Jerzy Makarczyk)
Mr Daniel Šváby (replacing Mr Jan Klučka) (both until October 6th 2015)
Ms Maria Berger has been appointed until October 6th 2012, replacing Mr. Peter Jann.
Mr Niilo Jääskinen is apointed Advocate general until October 6th 2015 (replacing Mr Luis Miguel Poiares Pessoa Maduro).
Meanwhile, at the Court of First Instance, the following were appointed judges until August 31 2010:
Mr Heikki Kanninen (replacing Ms Virpi Tiili)
Mr Juraj Schwarcz (replacing Mr Daniel Šváby, now of the Court of Justice).
Finally, Ms Maria Isabel Rofes i Pujol is appointed to the European Civil Service Tribunal until August 31 2015, replacing Mr Heikki Kanninen, now of the Court of First Instance).
