The Council has prepared a handy compilation of the case-law of the Court of Justice interpreting Regulation 44/2001 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.

It is a very useful publication and we should have spotted it before.
It was drafted in the context of the review of Regulation 44/2001 which is currently being undertaken.
Why the Commission can't prepare such a document is a mystery.
Well, the commission probably has too many cooks in the kitchen to get anything done effectively, you know?

Good question, why the commision can not prepare such a document by themselves... gives us a lot to think about. Thanks for the post and the links, they are very useful, keep up the good work, I like to follow this blog and will keep reading in the future.
