You can find it here together with the protocols and the Final Act. But beware, that is not a consolidated version.
The Charter of Fundamental Rights has been published too. You can find that here. The publication of the text is accompanied by the publication of the "Explanations relating to the Charter of Fundamental Rights" which is a very interesting document and an aid to interpretation.
Thank you for this timely information. I expected that it would take about two weeks to publish the Treaty of Lisbon and the Charter of fundamental rights in the Official Journal, so I was pleasantly surprised.
It's a shame, though, that the Commission's new web site on the Lisbon Treaty continues stonewalling on the issue of consolidated versions in all the official languages, promising consolidations only when the amending treaties have entered into force.
Openness, transparency, reader-friendly information, re-engaging citizens, information drives ... you name it, but no consolidations!
