New Civil Service Tribunal Rules of Procedure published

Further to our recent post here, the new Rules of Procedure of the Civil Service Tribunal have been published in the Official Journal.

The new Rules are available here. They were approved by the Council on April 19th 2007 and adopted on July 25th 2007.

According to the convoluted formula in Article 121, the new rules enter into force on November 1st 2007.
