This is perfect for playing EU trivial pursuits.... Which country will preside the Council in, say, December 2013 ? The answer is to be found in this Council Decision of December 12th, 2005 determining the order in which the office of president of the Council shall be held.
The decision sets out which countries will take turns to be president of the Council from January 2006 to June 2018.
It's Lithuania, by the way. Unless Bulgaria and Romania accede in the meantime, in which case there may be a change (see recital n° 4).
